How do I place an order with you?

You can place your order on our whatsapp number 91-7812988262 or ping us on our Facebook or Instagram pages or simply drop us an email at support@sangeetsadanprakashan.com and we will revert to you within 2 working days. We are available on the above mentioned communication channels from Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm, excluding public holidays)

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept UPI Payments, and NEFT, Please let us know your preferred mode of payment while placing your order and we'll share the details of the payment method accordingly.

What mode of shipment do you use and what is your shipping policy?

We ship all our consignments PAN INDIA via Registered India parcel service only and share the tracking details with you after payment and confirmation of your order. Most orders are shipped within 2 -3 working days and the details are shared simultaneously.

Do you ship outside India as well?

Currently, we are not shipping outside India but we are planning to have a global presence. For helping us in business, please drop us a proposal email at akshita@sangeetsadanprakashan.com .

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Every consignment is inspected thoroughly for damages and then packed in waterproof packaging. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please click a picture and share with us (through any of our communication channels) within 24 hours of delivery and we'll connect with you ASAP.

What should I do if I want to place a bulk order?

For bulk enquiries please fill up the form on Contact Us page or email us your requirements at support@sangeetsadanprakashan.com.

Are you available on any of the e-commerce platforms/websites?

Currently, we are not directly associated with any e-commerce platforms or websites.
